When the body is properly managed, it will dispel of the toxins built up in the system and heal itself.

Taking an active and conscious approach to watching what you are putting into your body can help you identify your weak spots. These are the areas you need to change your habits. Once you have pinpointed these food crutches, you can then take the steps to detoxify your body and live a healthier life.
