INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ cups skim milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 ½ cups freshly brewed hot coffee
- 2 tablespoons shaved semisweet chocolate
- 6 (3 inch) sticks cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place milk in a small saucepan, place over low heat stirring constantly until mixture reaches 120 to 130 degrees. Remove from heat.
- Place egg whites in container of an electric blender, top with cover, and process at high speed 10 seconds or until frothy.
- Slowly add hot milk and sugar, blending on high speed for 30 seconds.
- Pour ¾ cup hot coffee into 6 mugs.
- Pour milk mixture evenly into coffee.
- Top each serving with 1 teaspoon chocolate, and add 1 cinnamon stick.
