Strawberry Pineapple Dressing


INGREDIENTS:

  • 11 8 ounce container of strawberry low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened pineapple juice
INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk until well blended
  2. Cover and chill thoroughly
  3. Serve over fresh fruit
YIELD:

1 1/2 cups (14 calories per tablespoon)
