What did I do to lose weight after birth?

Becoming a mother is a worthwhile sacrifice
After I gave birth to my daughter, I gained 40 pounds and looked like an elephant. My child was weak when she was born, so I had to spend a lot of time with her and took extra care of her. If you have a baby, you really know that I have no time for myself.
She got better when she was two. That’s when I had time to look at myself. My curves disappeared behind the excess fat. My husband said I looked beautiful as always. I’m thankful for that, but I didn’t feel like that about myself. That’s the worst thing is when you don’t see your beauty.
My family effort to lose weight
My husband, then, told me that if I wanted to lose weight to be happy again, he would support me with all he had. I didn’t want to see my body in that shape any other day, so I tried to lose fat as fast as possible. We made a plan that included diet, exercise, and supplements. My husband was really strict in assuring that the plan was safe for me.
He came up with a list of the best diet pills for women. I can be sure that nobody could have a more detailed version than what he did. He also escorted me to the gym and worked out with me. He ate whatever I had in my diet plan, so I didn’t have to cook an extra meal for him.
I really couldn’t ask for a better and more understanding husband. Somebody suggested me to have the weight loss tea, but my husband was totally against that. He said that it would make me lose water not fat and it was bad for the body. He only allowed me to take the over the counter appetite suppressant. It reduces your hunger and craving for food and still gives you enough energy to do your everyday tasks. He was right because I felt no different, except for eating less, after taking the pills.
The workout, however, felt like torturing because I had been staying at home for quite a while, doing no exercise. I just wanted to quit every day I went to the gym. Again, my husband was the one to push me forward.
We did it!
Finally, we did it. I have to say that we did it not I did it because if it was not for my husband, I could never do that. I’m so thankful. So, if you ask me how to lose 30 pounds in 3 months, I will say to find my husband like mine. I’m just kidding.
It is important to have a plan and stick with that plan. Also, remember that losing weight must be and should be safe for your health. You do not want to have the other health problems after eliminating some extra fat from the body. Good luck.
